Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Bramley products. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition

• All tags and packaging must be intact

• Contact must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

2. How to Return

Email hello@bramleycollection.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.

3. Return Shipping

• You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• We’ll confirm the return cost before proceeding

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the return is received and approved. Please allow up to 7 business daysfor processing.

5. Exchanges

We offer store credit for exchanges. Once your returned item is approved, we’ll issue a credit so you can reorder your preferred product.
